Jewellery Repairs

Bracelet repair - replaced missing links and soldered remaining links closed

Fed up of watching advertisements offering to pay a 'fair' rate of cash for your jewellery? You could always look at getting it repaired and continuing to enjoy it for much longer.

Many of us would consign our broken pieces of jewellery to the bottom of the sock drawer, or an empty shoebox in the cupboard, or even worse, sold to one of the businesses claiming to offer a fair rate of cash for your precious metals.

However, this need not be the end of the story for your special trinket, as they can often be repaired at much lower cost than replacement!

We can often repair pieces and provide them with a new lease of life, including resizing rings and repairing broken shanks.

How to contact us with your repairs

Email photographs

In the first instance, you're welcome to email us photographs of your piece of jewellery that needs repair and we'll take a look at it. The photographs will need to be high resolution and clearly show the piece from multiple angles.

Visit our workshop

Alternatively, you're more than welcome to visit our workshop during our opening hours (please see the contact page) or arrange an appointment to bring your item to our workshop so that we can inspect it, which may well be the result of sending us photographs in any case!

To book an appointment, please use our contact form or email us with the details of your piece that needs to be repaired. We can then agree a suitable time for you to visit our premises where you can discuss it in person and find out what we can do for you.

Testimonials

What a fine job of customer service you have provided ... It could not have been better. Although unable to exercise my roll at this time, I remain a grateful customer. Thank you again.
